Can funeral expenses be included in bankruptcy?
My father passed away earlier this year. Unfortunately, his life insurance and estate did not cover all of the funeral costs. I had to sign off on many of the expenses. Can these be included in my bankruptcy if I decide to file?LawQA.com Answer Library
