Question
Can I lose responsibility of my mothers property if I file for bankruptcy?
I recently got property given to me from my mother. However, I am going to file for bankruptcy, because I cant afford to pay for the property on top of my other bills. Will I lose the right to the property if I file for bankruptcy? My mother is ill and can no longer take care of the property.LawQA.com Answer Library
