Question
How do I get out of this house without it being a risk to my finances?
I need to know how to get out of my house. I don't want it anymore. It is not worth paying on. The foundation is cracked and leaking and a wall is buckling. I started to go through foreclosure but managed to stay in the house with a new mortgage agreement but it isn't going to help. I still see this house eventually in need of repairs that I can't make or believe would be of value to make. How do I get out of this house without much more risk to my finances? My credit is already shot do to the first round of foreclosure which I managed to survive with a new agreement.LawQA.com Answer Library
