Question
If my husband files bankruptcy before the divorce will my credit be affected?
I am getting a divorce from my husband. He told me his is filing for bankruptcy. We have not worked out all the details as far as our joint assets go just yet. Can I ask him to hold off until we finalize that? Will my credit be affected if we have those at the time he files?LawQA.com Answer Library
