Question

Is there a way I can get payments promised?

My boyfriend lived with me for 2 years. First year, he paid nothing towards the house expenses, so he could pay off his prior creditors. On the second year, he agreed to pay half of the house expenditures. For that year, he should have paid over $16K; I received less than $3K. There are many other expenses which I will write off as charity. Is there any legal recourse available in this state for me to garnish his wages, repossess the car that I bought for him, etc.?
